Big Brothers Big Sisters of Gallatin County is committed to handling its fiduciary responsibilities in a prudent manner and with due diligence. Our policies and procedures employ best business practices, provide internal controls, and ensure transparency and public trust. The board and finance committee annually formulate financial policies, review financial statements quarterly, and delegate administration of financial policies and operations to the C.E.O.
Accountability Statement: We partner with parents/guardians, volunteers and others in the community and hold ourselves accountable for each child in our program achieving:
-Higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships
-Avoidance of risky behaviors
-Educational success
